Got this done at 3:15 this afternoon, one day before Feb. FO "contest" on one of the forums I follow, and two weeks before the KAL on another forum is deadlined. This one ended with only 412 stitches; bulky yarn and size 9 needles. My great-nephew will look stylin' in this, I'm sure.

I think I'm finished with all my baby items. At least for a few months, I hope!!!!
This looks like one soft luscious blanket.
ReplyDeleteLucky little great-nephew!
Thank you so much!!! it is soft. Since he's not due until May, i'll hang on to it and bring it next time we meet.
ReplyDeleteThis yarn was perfect for you project. Your little guy should love it.
ReplyDeleteit is so soft, and the yarn striped very evenly!!! I'll bring it next time we meet.
DeleteYou seem to have had your fill of baby knits recently,
ReplyDeletewhat's on your immediate schedule?
Will it be a project to use the remainder of the baby blanket yarn? Hmmm, say a great spring-time hat? A quick pair of wrist warmers??????
Stay warm and dry,
hugs

No self control!!!! I started a new baby blanket thanks to a pattern from one of the ladies who braved the elements to come out at Knit nite!!! I need an intervention!!!
DeleteThat blanket is as pretty as the pink version. Glad we get to see it "in person".
ReplyDeleteThank you. I'll bring it to the Cluckfest, for sure. Already started a new pattern for baby. I definitely have a sickness!!!
