Enjoy!!!
Curious Collective Shawl
On a side note, got to Wichita, and realized all I had packed was underwear!!!! Made a quick trip to Kohl's and got some bargains!!! OMG, I'm getting old!! I had the clothes I wanted to take with me hanging up downstairs, and plain old forgot about them!!!
Your shawl is quite an accomplishment! Looks like interesting stitch patterns. You can be very proud of it. I am looking forward to seeing it in person.
ReplyDeleteTraveling like you did can cause some quick bargain hunting!
Thank you. I'm quite proud of this one!!!! See you at Cluckfest!
DeleteThat is one way to get some new items to wear. Waiting to see your lovely shawl.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I must say, I really had to dig to find my size on the clearance racks; but found some great bargains!!! yay for forgetfulness!!!
DeleteTake a page out of Santa's book: Make a list, check it twice!!! The shawl turned out great. This time it is the right color on my screen. Great job.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I guess I need to take FO's outside to get a decent picture!!! Oh, well, live and learn.
DeleteI had a list in my head; bad place to keep it, I guess!!! At least I remembered underwear and deodorant!
Fantastic Finish !!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a cape

Thanks for stopping by. It was worth all the stockinette and bobbles to have this gorgeous shawl in my possession!!!!,
ReplyDeleteI'm now working on "Mara", which is a triangle shawl, all garter, with 4 yo's every other row, so I don't have to concentrate...much needed after Curious.
That's just the kind of project I can work on after Gray Garden
