Happy 4th!

Alas, I am back in Wichita.  Dad got loopy from medicine and fell. No broken bones, but a very swollen knee.  Out of intensive care and no longer loopy.  We're on the tenth floor with a gorgeous southern view, and should be able to see fireworks over the river tonight.  Have a safe holiday!

It's been a while

I've been away, but now have time to put on a special "surprise" I gave to a friend at 4th Tuesday last night.  She gave me sock yarn, and it was only right to make her something with it.  Pattern is on Ravelry.  She loved it!!!!  Love you Gerry!!!

Graduation: Class of 2011

Our youngest son graduated the 22nd.  Here he is with his brother.  What a pair!!!
And a beautiful double rainbow appeared as we left the high school.

Prom Night

Doesn't Sam look handsome?!!!!!  He's off to the Senior Prom.  The next tuxedo will probably be his wedding, so enjoy this one for a LONG time.  He's got a lot of schooling to go before he can get married (yeah, like that will stop it).
