Okay, here is my favorite. I LOVE sock monkeys, so I HAD to make a coffee cozy for my own ceramic cup. I smile just looking at it!!
Is that cute or what!!!!! Tee hee, I'm a happy camper!
I love to knit, crochet, and now, thanks to winning a sewing machine, a renewed interest in sewing.

I've been busy
A girl at work asked me to make a coffee cozy for her. It's a free pattern on Ravelry.
This was fun to make, and i learned a new stitch!
More toters
I've had more fun making these toters. Plus, I have used up 2 partial balls of Peaches and Cream!!!
Most of you saw the MU coffee toter, but I added a picture anyway!!

...the rest of the story
Now I know why Little bunny wanted to go to the field of green:
He found a friend, Miss Pinky bunny!
I hope they are on their way to a nice St. Patrick's Day dinner, and not looking for more friends, but one never knows!!!
PS Miss Pinky can thank Gerry for her inception and "birth".

Aren't they a cute couple?

A little secret...
Little bunny has been helping me keep a secret...
Wait, little bunny, where are you going?
Ah, do you see a field of clover in the background?
Oh, you little trickster!!!!! You're showing everyone the jelly roll quilt top I just finished!!!
I decided to use up my scraps, instead of investing a LOT of money on a pre-made jelly roll. It's definitely green!!! But I LIKE it!!! It is 47 inches by 65 inches. Now I have to decide if I want to make it a child's quilt, or cut it up and make a crib size quilt and the rest for a tote bag... HMMMM, I'll have to ponder that one.
Love my Mary Englebrecht! Thanks to DL, who inspired me to try this. I'm proud to be a copy cat, since I seem to HAVE to try what you all are doing. I only burned myself on the iron once!!!

A KISS
Thank you, Anna Marie, for showing me this beautiful pattern!!!
The KISS Triangular Shawlette is a fun pattern, and pretty easy!!! I'll be making this again!!
Love the eyelets. I chose the clustered crocheted bind off.

Keeping up with the girls
I saw these on two of my friend's blogs, and HAD to make them!!!!
They are tea toters from a wonderful web site, http://www.simplynotable.com/.
This site has lots of cool things including knitting, crocheting, cooking, sewing, etc. Check it out!
Of course, you know me, the coffee addict, I had to tweek the pattern to hold my coffee bags. This was what I did yesterday, instead of cleaning, cooking, shopping, etc.
Too much fun!!!!!

What is it????
Looks like a deflated football, right?
Gotcha!!!! It's Silver Lining Hat, a free download from Knitting Daily. Click on the title of this blog to go to the page. The hat was designed by Kirsten Hipsky of Valley Yarns. I was intrigued and HAD to try it. It starts top down with one color, then switch to the second color. Thanks to magic loop, it was a breeze to get started (and to finish). I don't know that I will ever make another one, but it was fun to do.
