One more pair...

Finished these last night, and forgot to include them in the set of pictures.
they are crocheted, and I finished them in about 1 1/2 hours.  They're supposed to have little bells on the end of the cuff, but I don't think that would be good for baby.
Elfin Baby Booties:

I used Christmassy yarn for them...may go to my great niece in Indiana.

  1. You are a speedy hooker!!! I agree that the bells would be cute but not safe. These remind me of slippers I made when I first learned to knit. These are cuter since they are smaller.

  2. Your Great Niece would love these this winter, especially when worn with a pair of sox for extra warmth this winter.

Can you tell I'm not ready for cold weather. All ready attempting to find way to keep warmer. :^)

    hugs

btw, don't these booties match the baseball fan sweater??

  3. Reminds me of the ones my grandma used to crochet. She used strips of fabric to crochet hers. Sure wish I still had a pair of them. These little booties are just in time for the Christmas season.

  4. Different yarns. One is Red Heart, the other is Yarn Bee. But I do have a plan to make a matching sweater and booties for my soon to be "step-grandson".
I say bring on the cold!!!!! It sure alleviates my "power surges".

  5. I enjoyed seeing all your "small" projects. All of them are cute as can be. Sometimes we just need little projects that are quick to make.
